Submit a Blogpost

We welcome guest blogpost submissions from teacher educators involved in design and technology (D&T) teacher education, including university based academics and researchers, and school based mentors and teachers. Blogs should be between 400 to 700 words in length, including references, and focus on D&T initial teacher education, continuing professional development (CPD) and postgraduate studies (Masters and PhD). Articles may include aspects of the education and training for D&T teachers for curriculum, pedagogy and assessment.

To submit a blog, whether it is an idea or a full draft, email the editorial team on dtte.group@gmail.com for feedback and approval. All submissions will be peer reviewed, prior to publication on dttegroup.edublogs.org.

Send your proof-read post to the editors along with:

  • Your contact details
  • Social media links
  • A creative commons free photo to use with your blog (we recommend using images from https://unsplash.com)

Note: the editors have the right to refuse to publish blogs – submission of an article does not mean it will be published.
